I'm home for spring break, and it's strange to be saying this but it's the first time in a while that I'm actually excited about being here and having some fun.  That is of course beside the fact that it's like a blizzard outside, and in case you weren't aware.....I HATE snow!  I think one of the reasons that I'm so excited to be home is to see old friends that I haven't seen in what seems like forever, and also to get away from graceland for a bit.

It's not that I don't like graceland, I love it there, but sometimes it's too much.  That's what the quote is all about.  I feel like it's highschool all over again, and no matter what you do people are gonna tell others or create a story to tell others about you or someone you know.  It's like an endless cycle because no matter what you do someone is going to spread it and eventually it's going to get back to you.  This is like the biggest thing that drives me crazy about Graceland.  It makes life interesting, yet also sometimes pretty stressful, especially if your the one in these sometimes ridiculous story.  Lately, I just feel like that is how its been, pretty stressful and ridiculous in general.  Everything's going good, and then within seconds you hear something about yourself and you don't know what to do with the situation.  I guess just running away from these things doesn't solve anything but at least I'm living up to the nickname....right? 

Nothing else new going on, just thought it was time for an update I guess.  Tomorrow I get to hang out with Josh, and I'm super excited!  Then Wednesday going to a concert with Lori and hopefully I'll get in free b/c I'm a poor college student and my brother loves me  :  )  I hope the snow melts by um.....the time I wake up tomorrow so noon-ish!  That's it. So....worked all day and I'm completely exhausted!  Don't want to do anything but sleep.....and it's not even late!  I HATE World Civ. and freakin' Advance Composition.  I'm completely avoiding my case study thats due here in a few days...and if anyone wants to do it for me....feel free to let me know.  Life is pretty much good, lost our first volleyball game but my team has two this week so hopefully we will improve!  Been working lots and making some money (that I spend on worthless stuff).

Hello there everybody.  I was told that I need to update (cough *dan* cough)so here's goes....I'll try my best to make it interesting.

Winter term has ended, and it wasn't what I had hoped for, but it was sure memorable.  It involved plenty of afternoon naps, class, work, random things, too many trips to eagleville, getting stuck in a blizzard coming back from walmart and having my car almost do a 360, making snow slushies, des moines trips, bowling, watching movies, and hanging out with lots of awesome people.

Spring Semester started today and not really looking to it, but then again, who looks forward to going to class?  Cheville is Paloma's brother hall this semester and it should be tons-o-fun.  Paloma's formal is coming up soon, and I still need to figure out who to take.  Gosh, so many choices.....and so many other things going on in my life 24/7 that I don't need this on my mind too.  I still have a week or two to figure that one out so no biggie.  Oh yeah, and in some more exciting news.....I'm going to FLORIDA for spring break this year, and I'm way excited to get outta this cold weather and go lay on the beach.  Well, I guess that's an update, sorry it's not too exciting....but I tried and I'm really tired from going to class early.  I hope everyone has a great day!
